We are proud of
our job

In the early 50’s, Joseph Schätz operated as a Salesman at an imported hardware provider company. After this Firm shutted down, he took the initiative to sell national manufacturing hardware. At that time, it was already a common practice for architects to request personalized modifications or even specially designed hardware. It was during this period that a Parallel Lathe, among other machinery, was installed in the rear of his mother's house. Together with his brother Rudolph Schätz, they carried out the requested modifications and creations.

They lacked experience as hardware manufacturers, although they were familiar with the industry from a commercial standpoint. This gradually led them, through experience and interaction with several professionals, to develop a profound understanding of processes and outstanding manufacturing skills.

We take the necessary time to make products that last

By the mid 60’s, the production and marketing of faucets were added alongside their hardware work. Joseph and Rudolph were already working as partners. While Joseph focused on Sales takes, Rudolph oversaw manufacturing processes. Nowadays, Norbert Schätz - Rudolph’s son - continues the family legacy, supported by his siblings William and Elizabeth, his son Franco, and an excellent team of experts dedicated to the manufacturing and design of hardware and faucetry.
